Sports Solutions Overview
The GDV Sports System consists of a BLE enabled wearable smartband capable of measuring BP, SPO2, heart rate, distance travelled, number of steps, calories burnt and respiratory rate of the player/ athlete on the field. The collected data of the player on the field is automatically transferred to GDV Smart Cloud for further analysis using GDV Smart App running on a tablet. The tablet also interfaces with the GDV Smart Cloud to view the analysis of the player's vital signs and to make decisions on the field.
Wearable
The wearable smartband can be worn either on the wrist or the ankle. Being an IP6x certified band, it is suitable for challenging conditionsand environments. Combined with sensors to continuously monitor BP, SPO2, heart rate, distance travelled, number of steps, calories burnt and respiratory rate of the player/ athlete, it helps to make key decisions to improve performance on the field.
Tablet / App
The GDV Sports Ecosystem App helps to monitor the metrics of all players from a single window and is powered with a dashboard to provide alerts if there are any issues with the players. The app also assists in delivering the right direction to the players on the field.
Sports Cloud
The AI powered GDV Sports Cloud combined with the Sports Ecosystem helps deliver the right statistics and alerts on the player’s health. Data regarding the player’s pulse, respiratory rate and cadence using steps and distance travelled helps to create a baseline profile for the player. This will assist with training plans and identify negative vital signswhich could have a significant impact on the players performance and wellbeing.
